Any product that does not give complete satisfaction may be returned no later than 8 days after receipt and will be exchanged or refunded as soon as possible. - Prices are subject to change at any time: an order may be refunded in case of impossibility of resupply, even if a confirmation has been transmitted. Order The order can only be saved on the site if the user has clearly identified himself or herself: - by the entry of his or her user name as well as his or her customer code that he or she will have predefined when it is registered on the Comptoir de l’Euro site, requesting the registration of these postal coordinates. Any order is to accept the prices and description of the products available for sale. Any contestation on this point will take place within the framework of a possible exchange and the guarantees mentioned below. PAYMENT

The user has the choice to pay his purchases:
- online order by bank card with online service PAYPAL;
- by bank cheque;
- in cash terms
Or bank transfer; for the latter the customer must inform the counter of the euro which will transmit to it as soon as possible the banking information necessary to the transaction.

We do not save any bank card data in our database.

PRICES AND CONTENTS

Our prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. All items may be exchanged or refunded. Photos, prices and descriptions are subject to change; we reserve the right to refuse any order and to make its refund, notwithstanding any confirmation that would have been issued. The exchange or refund request must be made within 8 days from the date of receipt or withdrawal of the order. The liability of the Euro Account cannot be incurred for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, including a breakdown of service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses. The Comptoir de l’Euro reserves the right to collect data on the user, in particular for the use and implementation of its advertisement, in order to be able to notify the customer of its pre-sale, new products and current or future promotions. TRANSPORT

The shipment of packages can be carried out worldwide, subject to any conditions. For any shipment outside of France, DOM/TOM and Europe, the user must contact us beforehand to learn about the terms and costs of shipping.
