De derde herdenkingsmunt van 2018 is gewijd aan het eeuwenoude eiland Schokland. In opdracht van het Nederlandse Ministerie van Financiën zal de Koninklijke Nederlandse Munt de 5 euro Schokland munt slaan als eerbetoon aan een unieke en mysterieuze regio van Nederland. Schokland staat sinds 1995 op de Werelderfgoedlijst van UNESCO.
