Design description:

The design depicts the "monument dedicated to the women and men of Andorra who launched the Constitution", erected in the square of the General Council (the Parliament of Andorra). The monument, which depicts the silhouettes of a man and a woman, celebrates the will expressed by Andorran citizens in the referendum held on March 14, 1993, to see the Principality become a democratic and social state governed by the rule of law, as expressed in Article 1 of the Constitution. To the right of the monument is the map of Andorra, adorned with the Latin inscription "VIRTVS VNITA FORTIOR" (united virtue is stronger), the Principality's motto. The design is surrounded by the following inscription: "25è ANIVERSARI DE LA CONSTITUCIÓ 1993-2018" (25th anniversary of the Constitution 1993-2018), and the name of the country, "ANDORRA". The coin's outer ring features the twelve stars of the European flag.
