Terms and Conditions of Sale

GENERAL

Any unsatisfactory product may be returned within 8 days of receipt, and will be exchanged or refunded as soon as possible. - Prices are subject to change at any time: an order may be refunded if it cannot be restocked, even if a confirmation has been sent. The present conditions are concluded between, on the one hand, the company Le Comptoir de l'euro, registered with the INSEE under the Siren number 794 298 687 and, on the other hand, the person wishing to make a purchase via the Internet site https://lecomptoirdeleuro.fr/en/. Order The order can only be registered on the site if the user has clearly identified himself either : - by entering his/her user name and customer code, which he/she will have predefined when registering on the Comptoir de l'Euro website. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. Any dispute on this point will be settled within the framework of a possible exchange and the guarantees mentioned below. The company le Comptoir de l'Euro undertakes to honour orders received on the website only within the limits of available stocks of products. If a product is not available, Comptoir de l'Euro will inform the user as soon as possible. The user benefits from a guarantee allowing him to return items delivered defective or that do not provide full satisfaction within 7 working days after receipt of the order, date of receipt confirmed by the company handling the shipment, namely La Poste or Chronopost. Le Comptoir de l'Euro undertakes to deliver the items ordered as quickly as possible. Average delivery times for available items are 3 to 7 days, unless otherwise indicated on the website. PAYMENT

The user has the choice of paying for his purchases:
- online with the order by credit card using the PAYPAL online service;
- by bank check;
- by money order
or bank transfer; for the latter, the customer must inform the comptoir de l'euro, which will send him the bank details required for the transaction as soon as possible.

We do not store any credit card details in our database.

PRICES AND CONTENTS

Our prices are quoted in euros, all taxes included. All items may be exchanged or refunded. Photos, prices and descriptions are subject to change; we reserve the right to refuse any order and proceed with its reimbursement, notwithstanding any confirmation that may have been issued. Exchanges or refunds must be made within 8 days of receipt or withdrawal of the order. Comptoir de l'Euro shall not be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, in particular a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses. Comptoir de l'Euro reserves the right to collect data on the user, in particular for the use and implementation of its advertising, in order to be able to warn the customer about its pre-sales, new products as well as current or future promotions. In accordance with the law of January 6, 1978, the user has the right to access and rectify data concerning him/her.

TRANSPORT

Packages may be shipped worldwide, subject to conditions. For all shipments outside France, DOM/TOM and Europe, the user must contact us beforehand to find out about shipping terms and costs. The purchaser then has two choices: shipment by La Poste or Chronopost. In the event of damage or loss, the purchaser must make the usual reservations on the delivery note and inform the carrier within 48 hours of receipt, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The same applies to the loss of an order, except that the time limit is extended to 5 days after dispatch of the parcel by Le Comptoir de l'Euro.

DELIVERY

Delivery times are always communicated according to supply possibilities at the time of the offer and are given as an indication only. Any delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond the seller's control shall not entail cancellation of the order. The seller may not be held liable for any prejudice resulting from a delay by the organization used by Le Comptoir de l'Euro to ship its orders, i.e. La Poste and Chronopost. However, if delivery of the goods has not taken place 30 days after the indicative delivery date, for any reason other than force majeure, the sale will then be cancelled and the purchaser will be reimbursed without being able to claim any compensation.

Returns and Forwarding Charges

In the event that a parcel is returned to our company due to the absence of the addressee during delivery attempts, reshipment charges will be applied to the new shipment of the parcel. These reshipment costs will be charged to the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that he/she will be present to receive the parcel or to provide a delivery address where the parcel can be safely and reliably received. If a parcel needs to be reshipped, the customer will be informed of the additional reshipment costs that must be paid before the parcel can be returned. By placing an order with our company, the customer accepts these terms and conditions of sale relating to parcel returns and reshipment charges.
