How to place an order as a new customer?

3. Once your choice is made, click the "connect" button to validate your shopping cart and finalize your order. You must register so that we can have your contact information.
4. Then follow the instructions that appear, select your delivery address and billing address and choose your payment method.
5. At the end of the order process, confirm your purchase by clicking "Order". Once your payment is made a confirmation email will be sent.

Should I be registered to place an order?

Yes, you must be part of our registered members to place an order for the simple and good reason that we need your contact information for delivery.
We offer you to register during your first order.
What if I forgot my password?
Go to the "Log in" section and click on the "Forgot password" button. Enter your email address in the box provided for this purpose and click "Send". A new password will be sent by email back to the address provided.

Are the parts sold on the site new?

Yes all our parts are directly from bank rolls, handled carefully.

What are the shipping modes on the site and what are the shipping rates?

All our shipments are made with insurance. Shipments above 15 euro are made in registered letter with insurance.When the order is bulky the shipment is made in recommended packagesimo or simple packagesimo according to the value. For parts purchases of up to 15 euro the shipment is made in a letter followed to minimize the costs.
The shipping costs are on average around 5,50 € in recommended, free of charge above 89,90 € for France and 149 € for foreign countries.
For a purchase of a small amount (inferior to 16 € ) or 1 to 5 pieces the shipping costs are 2.80 € in letter followed.

How are the parts and boxes packed?

All parts are handled with gloves and put in zip bags.The zip bag is placed in a small-format bubble wrap and then put in a higher-format bubble wrap to ensure a perfect discretion. The boxes are put either in a cardboard with air bubble protections or in 2 bubble wraps.
The name of our company is not on any fold to remain discreet and thus not attract the flight.

What are the means of payment?

We accept Paypal with the fees to our charge, the payment by blue card, by cheque and the bank transfer.

What are the shipping times?

We ship your order on average within 1 to 3 working days.

My order was sent and the tracking number is not included. How?

Send us an email to ask us, we will send it to you within 12 to 24 hours.

I received an email explaining that my order was shipped 72 hours ago and I still haven't received anything. Is that normal?

The post does not have a legal deadline to comply for a recommended letter (only the package is up to 48h). However, if the deadline exceeds one week, please report it to us, we will contact you with the professional customer service. In no case will we leave you without news.

I have a big purchase to make at home, can I pay in several times without costs?

I want to sell my collection, do you buy back?

Yes we buy but only new pieces and boxes in perfect condition.
