How do I place an order as a new customer?


1. To begin, select the items you wish to order by clicking on "Order". In your shopping cart, you can store the items you wish to order.
2. At any time, you can view your selection of items by clicking on "My basket", or decide to modify it by adding or deleting products.
3. Once you've made your selection, click on the "Login" button to validate your basket and finalize your order. You must register in order for us to have your contact details.
4. Follow the instructions, select your delivery and billing addresses, and choose your payment method.
5. At the end of the ordering process, confirm your purchase by clicking on "Checkout". Once your payment has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Do I need to be registered to place an order?

Yes, you need to be one of our registered members to place an order, for the simple reason that we need your contact details for delivery.
We suggest that you register during your first order.
What do I do if I've forgotten my password?
Go to the "Login" section and click on the "Forgot your password" button. Enter your e-mail address in the box provided and click on "Send". A new password will be sent by return e-mail to the address provided.

Are the parts sold on the site new?

Yes, all our coins come directly from bank rolls and are handled with care.

What are the shipping methods on the site and what are the shipping rates?

All our shipments are made with assurance.Tous our shipments are made with an insurance and a suivi.Lorsque the order is voluminous the shipment is made by registered colissimo, simple colissimo or Chronopost according to the value.
Shipping costs are €8.50 by Chrono relais or €9.95 by Chronopost for home delivery.
For a small purchase of less than €60 or a few items, shipping costs vary from €3.98 to €5.95 by registered mail with insurance for France. However, if the weight exceeds 400 grams, the default carrier will be Chronopost.

For shipping within Europe, the cost of international registered mail with insurance starts at €7.63.

How are the pieces and boxes packed?

All pieces are handled with gloves and placed in zip bags, which are then placed in a small-format bubble envelope and then in a larger-format bubble envelope to ensure perfect discretion. The boxes are placed either in a cardboard box with air-bubble protection or in 2 bubble envelopes.
Our company name does not appear on any of the folds, so as to remain discreet and not attract theft.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal at our own expense, credit cards, checks and bank transfers.

How long does it take to ship my order?

My order has been sent but the tracking number is missing. What should I do?

Send us an email to request it, and we'll send it to you within 12 to 24 hours.

I received an email explaining that my order was dispatched 72 hours ago, but I still haven't received anything. Is this normal?

The post office has no legal time limit for registered mail (only colissimo has a maximum time limit of 48 hours), but if the time limit exceeds one week, please let us know and we'll give you the tracking number and contact the post office's professional customer service department. Under no circumstances will we leave you without news.

I have a large purchase to make, can I pay in instalments?

I want to sell my collection. Do you buy back?

Yes, we do buy back, but only new parts and boxes in perfect condition.
