The May 2025 edition was particularly noteworthy: Cyprus topped the overall standings with a total of 108 medals, confirming its status as one of the Games' leading nations. The coin features the Catalan inscription "Jocs dels Petits Estats d'Europa" around the circumference, a reminder of the cultural and identity-related importance of this event for the host country. The lower part of the coin features the name of the issuing country, "Andorra", and the year of issue, "2025".
The outer ring features the twelve stars of the European Union, symbols of unity and harmony.
