Description:
The design depicts a very old Dracaena, which can be found in the Ajuda Botanical Garden and is its symbol. The Ajuda Botanical Garden is a technological support unit of the University of Agronomy. It acts as an educational and research facility, while also being open to the public. It was Portugal's first botanical garden, designed to preserve, study and collect as many species of the plant kingdom as possible. In the upper part of the drawing, from left to right, in a semicircle, the words "250 ANOS JARDIM BOTÂNICO DA AJUDA" appear. At the bottom, from left to right, the words "PORTUGAL 2018" appear in a semicircle. Just below the image of the tree, the artist's name "J. FAZENDA" and, on the right-hand side, the workshop mark "INCM"
