This boxed set features the six 10, 20 and 50-centime coins of 2023 and 2024, struck in Belle Epreuve (BE) quality. Historically dedicated to the figure of the sower, the three 2024 coins highlight three remarkable women who have made a significant contribution to France's development and international influence. The timeless figure of the sower, designed by engraver Oscar Roty, continues to appear on all three denominations, as a tribute to the euro designs that have accompanied us for over 20 years.
Issued in a mintage of 2024, this case illustrates the new designs that will enter circulation in January 2024. The juxtaposition of the coins allows us to observe the evolution of the national faces, designed more than 20 years apart by Joaquin Jiménez, Graveur Général de la Monnaie de Paris.
